I developed this framework, during my Bachelor thesis on HTML5 game development. It contains quite a few classes and modules that are helpful when developing sprite based 2D games. It comes comes with the following features:

I wrote a first version from scratch with no prior knowledge of HTML5, which can be found in the legacy folder of the project. The second incarnation “JomohoJs” is quite similar still. Designwise it is structured in classic (no pun intended) object oriented fashion like what you would do in languages like C++ or Java it uses a custom class system with polymorphism.
