This was an app I worked on for the Freiburg based Startup klang2.
Everyone knows the game memory from childhood, where you have to find two matching images by flipping over the playing cards.
This game is doing this but with sounds instead of images, using nfc tags embedded in wooden or cardboard tiles the nfc reader communicating with a mobile app. The players interact with beautiful wooden tiles, matching sounds in various categories, such as animals, themes from classical music and words in different languages.
Technology
The whole app was written in Flutter and deployed to Android Play Store and Apple App Store. I also did some work on a Python Django based backend, which allows creating and managing game content for download through the app.
